All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Hepworth Investment Group may send SMS messages to customers and residents for customer and property management-related purposes. Customers provide consent to receive SMS communications verbally when speaking with Hepworth Investment Group. SMS messages are used for customer and resident-related communications, which may include property showing and appointment scheduling, application and lease status updates, maintenance and property notices, rent and payment reminders, account notifications, service-related information, and replies to questions you send us.

• Consent is not a condition of applying for or renting a property, or of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
